Summary: We set in a place in the future when the world is very decayed. Polices have a huge work trying to separate anarchistic gangs, which are threating the society, from other people. Mashin is, in the big undefined city area streets, raging gang consisting of young cousins. All of the members dads are brothers. Mashins work as hitman which use their spare time also to kill people. Mashins live in the abandoned area in a decayed house. Mashins enjoy their lives and common breaking the law along with killing and messing with the police officers is as much fun. And it doesn't help much that the person despised by Mashin, Akutagawa Hirosima is a head chief in the police station.
